Position Summary

Step into a hands-on Entry-Level Plumbing Apprentice role earning $18–$23/hr with steady, year-round work primarily based in our warehouse, while working alongside licensed professionals and learning the plumbing trade.

You’ll work in the warehouse assisting all staff while helping the crew get jobs done right and on time. This position also provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the field and develop your plumbing skills.

Compensation

  • $18–$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Core Responsibilities

Warehouse & Facility

  • Assist all staff with daily warehouse and facility needs.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
  • Keep the warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Deliveries & Parts

  • Make deliveries and pickups as needed.
  • Pick up and drop off plumbing parts, materials, tools, and equipment for field staff.
  • Assist field staff with getting the parts and materials they need to complete jobs.

Field Support & Training

  • Assist licensed plumbers and field staff as a laborer when needed.
  • Help with carrying tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
  • Assist with job-site setup and cleanup.
  • Gain hands-on training and experience in the plumbing trade.
  • Learn from licensed plumbers and experienced field staff while developing your plumbing skills.
  • Follow directions and all company safety procedures while working in the field.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and working in various conditions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Any previous technician, construction, plumbing, or trade experience is a bonus.
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
