Position Summary
Step into a hands-on Plumbing Apprentice role earning $35-$45/hr with steady, year-round work alongside licensed professionals.

Compensation & Commission
- $35-$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- 5% Commission Program available in addition to your regular hourly wage.

Core Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist with basic plumbing diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and customers.
- Learn and develop plumbing skills through hands-on training and field experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and working in various conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Any previous technician, construction, plumbing, or trade experience is a bonus.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
