Position Summary
The Sewer & Water Field Technician at Capps Plumbing & Sewer is a high-impact, hands-on field role earning $25–$45 per hour.
You’ll work on residential and commercial sewer and water excavations alongside a tight-knit 2–4 man crew, operating equipment, maintaining machinery, and ensuring every job meets strict safety standards.

Core Responsibilities
- Complete residential and commercial sewer and water excavations as part of a 2–4 man crew.
- Operate and assist with the operation of excavation and jobsite equipment.
- Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure they are safe and ready for use.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Ensure jobsites follow company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and jobsite procedures.
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to Capps' quality standards.
